Known as an encourager and teacher, his insights have always helped people to discover and embrace their identity and destiny in Christ.  His teaching style is one that simplifies and explains the Word of God with such clarity it brings revelation and understanding to the heart of the listener.

Larry's desire is to see all believers come to understand the experience the love of God, along with all the things God has provided for them, through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Larry and his wife Kathy reside in Simpsonville, South Carolina

The Principle of Increase:
In the Garden of Eden, God set in motion a means for man to be blessed and to increase. Being blessed is a "given" while "increase" occurs only as we cooperate with the ways of God. There are three areas that will produce the increase which God has in mind for our lives.  These are the storehouse, the work of our hands and our giving to others.
Understanding and giving heed to these principles will cause us to become fruitful for every good work.

Surrendering to Grace:
The bible speaks of a "saving grace" which is provided for salvation by God.  Romans 3:24, 'Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ".  There is also an "ongoing grace" that is always present in the life of the believer for a victorious life.  The apostle Paul understood the presence of on going grace by the persecution he endured.  He repeatedly testified that God met his every need.  This teaching shows us that if we receive Christ by grace, then we are to continue to walk in that grace in all aspects of our life.  Grace is experienced only by surrendering to what God has always provided in Christ.

The Kingdom of God is Now:
To properly understand the Kingdom of God is to know that it is simply the "reign of a King" and it is very much a present reality to those who voluntarily submit to that reign.  It is also an eternal kingdom which cannot be shaken, influenced by outside forces, cannot be disturbed, and can never be defeated.
This teaching will provide Biblical truths about the Kingdom of God.  The Kingdom has already come in power with the birth of Jesus and will be fully manifested in glory when Jesus returns.  Throughout the history of the church, whenever the Gospel of the Kingdom was preached, signs and wonders followed.

Ministering to Others Effectively:
It is the intent of God that the body of Christ minister to itself in love effectively.  Yet many times our best efforts fail to encourage, exhort, edify, or even remotely set at liberty those held captive.  There have been relatively few teachings on ministering to others.  The church universally looks to pastors, preachers and the like, to set things right in our lives.  While this may sound good, it is not what the Bible teaches.  This teaching will show you how to minister effectively to other people so as to bring change in their lives and to bring them into a more complete knowledge of Christ.

The Effect of Grace:
God never does anything without purpose in mind. God, because of His mercy, extended grace to all mankind with a purpose in mind. That purpose was to reconcile all of His creation to Himself. We find is that grace has a profound effect on the heart to remove guilt and shame. It has the ability to liberate . It has the ability to change a life forever making one feel safe and and secure. The effect of grace is experience the unconditional love of God.

Temptations, Trials or Tribulations:
Which is it? Is it a trial in my life? Am I struggling with a temptation? Or is it tribulations? The Believer will experience all three of these situation throughout their walk with God. The problem for most people is that they do not know which is which. Is it God or is it the devil coming against me? Is it the corruption in the world or is it me causing the inward and outward struggle? This teaching will help to make a clear distinctions from the Word to help a Believer respond correctly to the struggle.

Liberty in the Spirit:
Jesus proclaimed in His first sermon after leaving the wilderness that He was "anointed to proclaim liberty to those who are oppressed". In like manner we can proclaim to every person we meet that Jesus has set them at liberty and still not see any results. What we discover from the Word is that "Liberty" is what Jesus proclaimed and provided at the cross while freedom is what we experience by embracing truth and grace. Truth DOES NOT make us free. It is the truth WE KNOW by revelation to our heart that will make us.

Parable of the Sower:
As Jesus went about preaching the gospel of the kingdom of heaven , He did not always find a receptive audience. Even where He did mighty works, some did not repent. Some sought to trick Him, so they might have reason to accuse Him. It was for this very reason that Jesus began teaching publicly in"parables". In the Parable of the Sower we find an similitude directed at the multitudes but explained only to the disciples. It explains the power of the Word of God when it is received into a receptive heart. It talks about the ability of the seed of the Word to produce a mighty harvest. This teaching expounds on the relationship between the heart and the capability of the Word of God.

The Power of Communion:
Communion is a outward profession of faith when practiced reminds us as Believers that we have become partakers of Christ and that we draw our very life from His death and resurrection. It is a reminder also of the personal covenant between God and His Son, Jesus.  A covenant instituted in His blood that brings redemption, salvation, healing and wholeness to the Believer. While there are differing doctrines about communion the Bible clearly teaches that communion has the ability to cause a one to walk in healing and health or to remain in sickness.  Many have even seen death.  All this is predicated on correctly discerning  the price Jesus paid on the cross through remembrance.  Paul thought it important enough to teach this how essential the "discerning of the body and blood" was to the Believer. This teaching lays a foundation about the power of communion in maintaining the well-being of the Believer.

Repentance From What ?:
"Repent and believe the gospel" (Mark 1:15) I had always been taught this scripture meant a person had to repent of their sins with a very contrite heart before they would be accepted. The emphasis "on sins and contriteness". Amazingly there was no instance, requirement or even an example in the Bible of anyone having to perform some act of repentance such as the "sinners prayer" before accepting the gift of salvation. In every instance as a person first turned to God experiencing His grace and unconditional love they became acutely aware of their personal sin. The Bible says that "It is the goodness of God that leads to repentance". Repentance is NOT a "change of direction" but it is a transformation of the heart caused by experiencing the love of God. What a marvelous truth! Confession of sin becomes only a secondary response to His love.

He Has Made Us Accepted:
The Word of God tells us in Romans 5:8 :...God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.". Many have rightly understood this to mean that through the blood of Jesus, God made atonement and forgiveness available to all of mankind. In truth, He did much, much more than that!.
